Online Classes

I am very pleased to be offering the Tuesday Mindfulness class online using Zoom. Tuesdays 5.30 – 6.30pm.

This class includes seated meditation, relaxation and discussion. Suitable for beginners or more experienced students alike. 

If you have never tried it before, I encourage you to connect and give the online class experience a go. It is surprising how connected we can feel even though there is a device (and some wires) between us.

Classes commence from Tuesday the 7th March 2020, and you can pay here. Once you pay you will receive instructions for how to join the class online.
