Yoga practices help you to experience what it feels like to truly let go. To let go of physical, mental and emotional tensions.  To let go of conditioned ways of thinking and relating.

I specialise in delivering trauma informed practice (understanding impacts of trauma and how to work with it safely).

Over two decades of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher trainer brings depth to my counselling practice.

Therapeutic movement and breathing practices are a very effective and proven method for addressing the impacts of trauma in the body and nervous system. 

I integrate movement, breathing techniques and relaxation into counselling sessions when appropriate. Research has proven yoga as effective in managing mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. 

I can tailor a program for you to practice at home, aimed at improving both physical and mental health. 

Qualifications:

Diploma (1400+ hrs) in Satyananda Yoga and Meditation Training.

Trauma Informed Yoga Training & supervision.

Mindfulness Training with Mindfull Schools Program

Why not try an individual session designed to meet your unique needs.

Programs can include a combination of movements, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices.
